PEFFMed is a private, membership‑based internal medicine practice designed for people who want a more personal, accessible, and proactive relationship with their physician. Members pay a simple monthly or annual fee that includes one or two comprehensive wellness visits each year, along with direct access to their doctor and priority scheduling.
All other in‑person or telemedicine visits are offered on a transparent, cash‑pay basis, giving patients complete clarity and control over their healthcare costs. There are no surprise bills, no insurance barriers, no add-on costs, and no rushed appointments—just thoughtful, high‑quality medical care delivered with time, attention, and trust.
This model allows Dr. Peffall to provide longer visits, same‑week availability, and a more connected approach to managing your health.
